We will be CLOSED Monday, February 19th in observance of Presidents' Day

We are instituting a more secure method for logging into Online Banking. This enhanced security system verifies member identity by requiring multiple credentials. It creates layers of security to increase the confidence that the person requesting access is actually the member they claim to be.
 
Online banking will be down for maintenance on Tuesday, December 12th from 9:30am-10:30am (estimated). After the upgrade is complete you will be required to re-set your Username and Password. (Usernames can no longer be account numbers & both must meet complexity requirements). 
 
What else will change?
You will no longer have a security phrase, security image, or security questions. You will be able to use the "forgot username" and "forgot password" features to get yourself back into your account versus calling the credit union for a reset. You will now verify your identity through a code sent via email, call, or text. 
 
What can I do to prepare?
Please make sure all of your contact information is up to date. This includes email address, phone number(s), and physical/mailing address. You will need these things current to confirm your identity in online banking.
